About ME
Hi! I’m Philippa, a photographer enjoying a whole host of different shooting styles. I started my journey into photography after a lengthy management career in the hospitality industry. After growing tired and leaving that profession after 13 years, I wanted to work doing something creative, where I could positively effect others with my passion, doing something I love. I caught the eye for photography which is something I’ve always been interested in growing up, but never took the plunge to go full time. I finally took the leap and I’ve loved every second of building my portfolio and now my very own business
I’m based in Durham, but travel across the North East of England for my photoshoots. My approach is to ensure that you feel relaxed and natural in front of the camera, so that you can enjoy the experience with those in the moment so special to you. I find it very rewarding creating beautiful and meaningful images that are cherished and appreciated.

I describe myself as a documentary and storytelling photographer. I capture natural and special moments with candid and fun shots. I always make sure to bring some fun on the day too! Making you feel at ease behind the camera.
When I’m not taking photographs, you’ll find me spending quality time with my partner, our gorgeous German Shepherd Luda and with friends and family. I thoroughly enjoy landscape photography so can find myself in some scenic views capturing stunning landscapes.
