How many images will I receive?

Images received are individually chosen depending on the package you choose in relation to the 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2-hour packages. Wedding packages will vary depending on the package you have booked, the longer I am at the wedding the more photos there will be. I don’t guarantee a certain number of photos but for a full day I would expect between 800-1200 photos. You will receive all photos that I get, minus the ones that are out of focus, people have been caught at the wrong moment, unflattering or blinking.
How long will it take to receive the images?

Images received from the 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2-hour packages are listed specifically on the package details. Weddings you will usually receive your images 2-3 weeks after your wedding with a sneak peek within 48 hours. I will then share your images with you online through my website and post your luxury USB to you in the post if you have chosen a Gold or Platinum package.
How and when do we make payment?

I will ask for a deposit to be taken upon making the booking and then for packages of 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours the remaining balance is to be made before the images are sent to you online. For wedding packages, I will ask for the remaining balance at least 1 month before the wedding. Payment plans are available if you would like to pay in instalments, just let me know so it can be arranged.
Do you refund the deposit if I cancel?
Who owns the copyright of the images?

The copyright of the images is retained by the photographer. Our contract does give you permission for personal printing rights and permission to share the photos. The only limitation is that you can’t sell these to a third party or use them for commercial reasons.

Do you offer engagement shoots?

A pre-wedding or engagement shoot is included in our platinum package however, I do offer a two-hour package for additional engagement or pre-wedding shoots for £170 (£200 if not added onto a wedding package). There are travel/accommodation costs if the shoot is further than 1 hour drive from DH4. They’re a perfect way to get to know me and get rid of any pre wedding day camera jitters, and a chance to capture some beautiful images in a different location or season. I’m flexible with these and can include your pets, children or any location to choose. Go wild!
Do you charge for travel?
